Residential Modular Home, Quogue, NY

V.E.S. partnered with LC Three to support the transportation and setting of 16 steel-framed modular home sections weighing upwards of 30,000 pounds. After meeting with numerous subcontractors, I chose Long Island Crane & Rigging, Pedowitz Machinery Movers, and Overton's Construction, Inc. to complete the operation. I provided logistics, engineering, and supervision throughout the entire process beginning with the loading of the sections at the Brooklyn Navy Yard and transportation of the over-size loads to Quogue. Upon successful arrival, they were set, stacked, and assembled on the foundation using a 160T crane.
